It's late, but I think what you want is the stack mover. Open the application overview, click the expansion triangle to expand it, then at the bottom is a little flip thingie that says "stack mover." That changes the right-hand display to a wonderful mainstack-setting gizmo. gc zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz... :-)
