Ahh,     Simple actually... The stacks you are working with is set to make the backdrop blank and black. So, what you need to do is make a new stack, totally new, without having your other stack open, and then do the snapshot. Then, once it is imported, copy that from the new stack to your stack that you are working on. Hope this helps...
