We have following trans printing machine for sell
Transfert printing calender line KMT mod.
Combi 635, w.w. 3300mm, yoc 2003.
Line suitable for transfert printing,
Heat set of crashed fabrics, laminating.
Felt calender for transfer thermoprinting,
Doubling with substrates, metal foil printing,
Flattening and thermofixing of crushed fabrics.
The main steel cylinder has diameter 600 mm.,
Table 3500 mm. working width 3300 mm.
The machine is supplied with a proportional electro-hydraulic system
for the felt centering (100% NOMEX).
The cylinder is heated by electric resistances in oil bath. The
housings of the winders and unwinders for the
papers and the fabric are at quick opening, with square clutch,
pneumatic disk brakes and frictions with KMT
pincers of great sensitivity. Plaiter at exit.

This COMBI 635 is supplied with the alignment system ALI.SYS that is
designed,
produced and patented, can print wide width fabrics with two cm. 160
transfer paper rolls.
The two transfer paper rolls are unwound and superimposed at the same
time so that the
design patterns can perfectly coincide. The superimposition process is
kept constant by two
high resolution video cameras and monitored by a computer using a
software system developed by us.
The ALI.SYS system usesstandard transfer paper, thus eliminating the
selvedge references needed for other systems,
of course, this allows the already existing or ready available paper
to be used in the printing process.
