Useful Thing-

ZipScan

ZipScan makes it easy to perform customized searches for particular files archived in
ZIP, CAB and
JAR files.

Here are some of the features available to customize your search-
-Create search patterns using wildcard characters.
-Place size parameter restrictions on the search pattern.
-Restrict searches to files containing text you require, allowing for Case sensitivity.

Here is how the author describes the program-
" ZipScan is a program that performs a fast file search which includes looking inside
archive files,
such as Zip files. This is useful if you have lots of documents archived in Zip files
and need to be
able to search for specific documents. It is also useful when looking for a particular
DLL from a
set of CAB installation files, and for Java programmers who need to search through
their JAR
archives. It is a useful companion to archiving programs such as WinZip which do not
have a search
facility."
