Sorry I forgot the version, but the "km" binary should located in same
directory as "kubelet", so seems your kubernetes
v1.1.0-origin-1107-g4c8e6f4 does not include km distribution.

I think that you can post a question to kubernetes slack channel or
kubernetes mail list to get some help from there.
