Actually your response was very helpful - i stopped mashing the restart button of mesos-slave service and actually instead invoked it via /usr/sbin/mesos-slave [opts] It then told me that i have: Incompatible agent info detected. and i need to clear the /var/lib/mesos/meta/slaves/latest :D Thank you kind sir!
