Apologies if you're not in the Bay Area. We (Yelp) are hosting a Mesos meetup at our HQ in San Francisco on Wednesday evening
We'll be presenting Jolt, a framework we're working on that runs integration tests in parallel. It follows a similar approach to Seagull <https://engineeringblog.yelp.com/2017/04/how-yelp-runs-millions-of-tests-every-day.html>, but is rewritten with our lessons learned from that in mind and is now built on a separate open source library called Task Processing <https://github.com/Yelp/task_processing>. It's an interesting use case for Mesos - this allows us run ~2 days worth of integration tests against our monorepo in about half an hour. Sign up <https://www.eventbrite.com/e/jolt-distributed-fault-tolerant-test-running-at-scale-using-mesos-tickets-39204754476> and join us if you're able to. Otherwise, we will be sharing a recording of the talk afterwards. Cheers, Sunil
