The correct way, is just to remove "sqlContext.createDataFrame", and
everything works correctly
def ConvertVal(iter):
# some code
return Row("val1", "val2", "val3", "val4")
rdd = sc.textFile("").mapPartitions(ConvertVal).toDF()
