Well,
One thing I notice that is wrong is your using a result element in your
parameter Maps.
Instead of this:
<parameterMap id="insert" class="Test">
<result property="Name" column="name" />
</parameterMap>
Try this:
<parameterMap id="insert" class="Test">
<parameter property="Name" column="name" />
</parameterMap>
