There are several places that show you how to do custom paginated list for performance. (see http://msdn.microsoft.com/msdnmag/issues/05/01/ASPNETPerformance/). Most of these solution uses store procedure. What I am wandering is, how do you implemented the paging and sorting with IBATIS.NET
