The providers.config file included as part of the 1.2.1 release of IBatisNet.DataMapper.Test incorrectly has the enabled property set to true for the ByteFx driver. You'll need to set the enabled attribute to false:
<provider name="ByteFx" description="MySQL, ByteFx provider V0.7.6.15073" enabled="false" ... /> You will have to do the same thing with the this provider node too: <provider name="PostgreSql0.7" description="PostgreSql, Npgsql provider V0.7.0.0" enabled="false" ... /> These issues have been fixed in source control.
