You have to SubClass the
IDbCommand CreateCommand();
method on the IDbProvider.
Once the ISqlMapper is build by DomSqlMapBuilder, replace the
IDataSource by a decorate one on which you subclass the
CreateCommand() method on the IDbProvider implementation.
