Use in the resultmap:
<resultmap id="UniversityResult" class="University">
....
<result property  = "collegelist" column="UNIVERSITY_ID" select
="selectCollegeByUniversityId"/>
...
</resultmap>

and then create a statement called "selectCollegeByUniversityId"

<select id="selectCollegeByUniversityId" parameterClass="Int32"
resultMap="the-CollegeResultMapping">
select * from college where univ_id = #value#
</select>
