Page 15 of the Java Developer Guide and page 4 of the Generic Developer
Guide has some stuff. Combine it with the mysterious integer returned by
insert() and you got something. A search of the mailing lists yields
results too. Look, I'm not saying there's a plethora of documentation out
there but there's enough for a good start.

Which docs? I have the Developers Guide, which has very little on
selectKey -
