The SQL maps generated by Abator require the use of statement namespaces. Make sure that you have them turned on in your SqlMapConfig file like this:
<sqlMapConfig>
<sqlMapConfig>
<settings useStatementNamespaces="true" />
...
</sqlMapConfig>
