I have recently developed a reporting application pulling data off from navision 4.5
it uses the C/ODBC driver I didn't get anywhere with the generic ODBC/JDBC bridge, had to buy a license for Openlink's odbc/jdbc bridge Even then, complex queries are still a problem.
