iBatis Wiki page down?

Is it just me, or is the iBatis Wiki/FAQ page always down? Whenever I go to 
http://opensource.atlassian.com/confluence/oss/display/IBATIS/Home I get a 
blank page. Or is my company's firewall interfering?
