Nice reminiscing :

  Yes , felt good to look back . V2.x was awesome but V3.53
was incredible (still is [except for the Field Rendering bug
that requires V3.5 as a workaround]) .

 ... but anyway , not too sure what your point is but if it
is that Realsoft was head-and-shoulders above all the rest
in the very early days (I read that V.2 Box and bought it)
I would have to guess all here will agree on that point .

  Realsoft was the innovator . I wish I could say it was the
"Pace-setter" but so many developers just turned a blind eye
to how extremely advanced RS V2/V3 actually was (maybe out
of fear) .

  Those days when RS made LW look like bizzare/confining/
expensive (but very popular in North America[???]) crap !
