How many experience do you have with CG-animation?
(And 3D at all?)

Well, in my opinion (and some other peoples, too) CG
can be done. (Bones with IK, FK,.. are build in).
Facial animation can be done (Morph, Point-Translation,...)

The cloth QT and softbody-dynamics:
That's more a QT which is related to Carlo Lanzottis
Plugins. Maybe he'll release his plugins soon.
(Italia has won against Australia at the Soccer-WM,...)

Hair? I think that's not possible :-(
