Possibly . However , if you google the error message you will
see lots of possible reasons . 

  If you can determine which .DLL is not being automatically
registered , you can manually register it at the dos prompt .

  I uninstalled XP32/SP2 , and of course it did not fully un-
install . Tried to re-install RSV6 and it installs fine now ,
due to some kind of SP2 irreversible "Fix" .

   MY Asus VM DO motherboard went tits up in a matter of weeks.
Jumped on the Asus tech support forum for help and it appears
there are tons  of us , all suffering the same fate with the
latest crop of ASUS boards . Junk .

Cheap , yes ! Good ? No . RMA it and you're liable to get some
other poor sap's nightmare . No real answers in sight .
