I am not sure what is available for Windoze to view .chm files with, but
hopefully there is a nice one with bookmarks, etc..
I think they have to enable certain things to be shown for each user's
login, depending on license, architecture, etc.. When I log in, I have
access to all manual downloads and all Linux versions.
