Hi Boris

>I didn't understood your text really

Sorry about my poor text Boris. I tend to take shortcuts when I am writing and
this makes it difficult for people.

Many thanks for your Tut link. It covers a modelling trick that I need to know.
Very helpful!! I will be returning to that one many times I think. The manual
has good information here too that I seem to be ready to add to my way of
drawing now.

The Edge Loop reference I found was slightly different. I needed to sketch in
the points/nodes when starting a face.

The one that I found so helpful was

http://e2-productions.com/repository/modules/tutorials/files/Edge%20Loops%20for%20Faces/edge_loops_for_faces.htm

Thank you again

Neil Cooke

Sorry Neil, I didn't understood your text really. But I did a little
tututorial about looping in RS. Here is the link
  http://rs-forum.the-final.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=246 . I think your face
model looks quite clean but to be sure it would be good to see the mesh.

  cheers
  Boris

Subject: Face Modelling - Edge Loops

    Hi Folks,

Hopefully I can post to the List again.

    http://www.neilcookegraphics.co.nz/9420images/ncWorld/3dw-face-aa.jpg

An attempt at low poly head modelling .... Ok self crits nail the mirror
join as needing work, and the need to sharpen some of the rounded edging.

I posted to the 3DWorld Crit page and one guy pointed out the nose
modelling and another guy made the note that the corners of the mouth should
not be pointy.

BUT .... the gold for me was the thing he said to check out .... Edge Loops
.... it's probably old stuff to you guys but I'm self-taught and I can
recommend it ...... GOOGLE it.
