I don´t know if I understand you correctly.

To my knowledge there are only two ways to achieve blurred reflections in RS3D 
- either using multiple reflections or using a raytrace object.
Both should be easily identifyable in the materials of the scene, so you could 
turn it off.
If none of the above should be there, I wouldn´t know how you should get 
blurred reflections at all?!
