I'll have to wait an see if Vesa can fill in the missing details.
Hmm... have you tried saving the scene in Realsoft 3D format and then reloading it? It is possible that import feature does not automatically add referenced channels, whereas full scene loading should take care of that.
If that does not help, check the property window/col tab and see if there are any strange Realflow related property labels in the 'Attribute' selector. Clearing them might help.
Also, adding the mentioned channel 'Realflow' in the Channels tab of select window most likely solves the problem.
