where's the problem exactly :-?

Have a look at the "Windows"->"Choreography Window"
what's going on behind the curtain :-?

It should be easiliy possible to animate a "simple" arm....
Maybe you have some strange tree structure in the chor window.
Or some unwanted "Translators".....
