This appears to be because linux isn't releasing port 25025, on
which the
test suite fires up an SMTP server for testing, promptly on the
previous
runs. "netstat -aptun | grep 25025" shows this after maven has
failed the
build and quit:

You can see there's no longer a process attached, but it still takes

10 seconds after maven quits for the port to clear anyway.

Has anyone bumped into something similar? If so, have you found a
good fix?
I can certainly turn off these tests, but that seems a rather
horrible way
to address the issue.
