The 3rd and newest one (cmsfn) is a set of functions, not tags. If
you look at the tag reference page of cms-taglib [1] (which is the
maven module) for example, you'll see that it documents both the
tags (CMS tag library (cms-taglib.tld)) and the functions (cms
functions (cmsfn-taglib.tld))
