Can anyone tell me where the mail types are defined?
MgnlMailFactory.getEmailFromType("freemarker")
always sets its content type to "text/html". I would however like to
send out plain text mails using the mail module and freemarker
templating. So I would like to know where I would have to define such
a mail type...
