Hello,

It's depend on the type of audio and video files you want to display. MP3 and 
Flash video file (FLV) can be easily supported. You just have to create a 
paragraph that allow your site contributors to upload a MP3 or FLV file. Then 
the template which renders this paragraph generates the HTML and/or Javascript 
code that play the file using a Flash player such as JW FLV Media Player 
(http://www.longtailvideo.com/players/jw-flv-player/).
