Hm... I think that's not a new dialog but the default error page for
export or import tasks.
Is it the same you see when you go to "Tools" > "Export" or "Import"?
Have you had a look at the log?

Thus the error is very similar to the one given for the Jboss
problem. Obviously it is a general parser/xml problem that is
independent of the servlet container.

What new dialog are you referring to?
