When I download CE 3.6.3 from the magnolia site the magnolia-module-fckeditor-3.6.3.jar is included in the magnolia-empty-webapp-3.6.3.war. Unfortunately I cannot find this jar in the maven2 repository at http://repo.magnolia-cms.com/m2/. Can you tell me when this jar will be added to the repo? For now I work with version 3.5.9 of the fckeditor.
