Dear Magnolians,
I'm facing again with Activation issue.
Env: 1 author + 2 public, Magnolia 3.6.3 with MySQL.
1)Sometimes, I activate manually a node, it says "can not activate, XXX
locked on public instance" BUT the activation state changed from RED to
GREEN. It is a bug?
2)I do activation with a Java class for importing external items. Doing
the same import (same data, same operations, same imported items on
author) I see different activation results: 1st time 10 item activated,
2nd time 8/10, and so on, every time a different result. The issue seems
to be the same before, parent node is locked...
3)I suspect that Transactional Activation is already be implemented.
This can help me to solve the problem?
4)There is a way I can call a command (e.g.: the Activation cmd) from a
taglib/servlet as I'm calling it from AdminInterface WEBSITE /
WEBSITE-jcr-browser "right click" --> "Activate incl. subnodes"? I mean
the same command with the same context (and hopefully the same result
after cmd execute())
Sorry for this list, but we have just released our site and activation
is still our big big problem...
