If you want this kind of behavior you have to write your own
TreeConfiguration class that will extend WebsiteTreeConfiguration and
ensure the dialog is displayed only for the pages you want it for same
way the WorkflowWebsiteTreeConfiguration does it for all pages. There is
no other way.
