Hi, We’re evaluating Magnolia and have it installed on our development server. We’ve got a couple of questions and need the help of the experts here in answering them :)
- Does Magnolia have portal capabilities? In other words, can Magnolia be used also to manage a portal? - In the online demo, while editing a page, there didn’t seem to be a style selection dropdown for the editable regions. How do you easily change the style while modifying text in an editable area in Magnolia through the browser? - Does Magnolia have CAPTCHA for forms? - Does it have built-in blog/wiki? If not, is it difficult to add this functionality? - How easy is it to integrate custom Java web apps into Magnolia? The main concern is the session management. Can session info be shared between a custom app and Magnolia? How about sharing info between a PHP app and Magnolia? These are a lot of questions, but your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
