Well, I'm guessing Will and Ruben haven't seen the form module yet.
It's delivered with Magnolia 4.0 and the STK bundle too. Or available
on its own, as usual on our maven repo: http://repo.magnolia-cms.com/m2/info/magnolia/magnolia-module-form/1.0/
