Well, if you have Magnolia 4.0 EE with samples installed, you should
have a contact form somewhere in the demo site. Otherwise, you can
also get it by installing the STK bundle.

Well, I'm guessing Will and Ruben haven't seen the form module yet.
It's delivered with Magnolia 4.0 and the STK bundle too. Or available
