Yes, Magnolia comes with a sophisticated Workflow. It is based on the
OpenWFE Workflow. You can create your own Workflow-Processes and use
the Magnolia Inbox to check progress.
Check Magnolia's Documentation and Wiki to get more detailed
information about the Workflow.
