No, Will, still on 3.6.3, sorry...
We observed the same behavior. In 3.6.3 moving a page deactivated it.
Now in 3.6.5 one gets a deactivation warning,
even on 3.6.3, if on standard website browser... on JCR browser no.
but then it's yellow and
we also hat the case where the new order was not reflected on the public
instance. I don't have enough "hard facts" to open a JIRA issue yet though.
