So, it seems (must) that your module has into
/src/main/resources/mgnl-boostrap
an .xml file with a node with UUID =

isn't it?
You may consider to remove your module bootstrap file and proceed maybe
with VersionHandler, you can say how to behave in UUID conflicts...
