Can I send video from London with people having a live dialog with
people from a confrence room in Paris and streaming all this show using
a website powered by Magnolia Air?

Yes, as far as Video Camera output video format is compatible with
Magnolia On Air supported input format.
I need to broadcast live video embedded in a website that could
possibly be made in Magnolia CMS.
Live video is supported with a "standard" delay. With a Capture
Browser you can "recorder" your video and then make available to
Magnolia.
Each video playable by Magnolia / Magnolia On Air must be saved as
file and converted in Magnolia On Air internal format (if necessary).
Then can be playable as a stream, official supported flash player is
FlowPlayer.
