HI, I understand regarding upgrading the magnolia version but is there any other way also to improve the performance.
Regarding your question we are fetching the data for the color from the database and we are using jackrabbit api comes with magnolia 3.0 and lucence search index. The other pages are working faster because we are using mgnl-caching but for product color we are are using dynamic queries and we are also getting these warnings WARN org.apache.jackrabbit.core.query.lucene.DocOrderNodeIteratorImpl 21.07.2009 10:12:57 -- Node 52fa5493-ebb1-4930-add4-f6cb44d3fb19 does not exist anymore: javax.jcr.ItemNotFoundException: 52fa5493-ebb1-4930-add4-f6cb44d3fb19 Database - mysql5.5 One more thing the Performance issue problem is coming in the production server which is remotely located but the staging server which is in our network only work well. Before going any further, I'd consider upgrading. Other than that, without any details about how the color choosing/ image display mechanism is used/implemented, there's hardly any way anyone could wild guess what the issue could be. ... so feel free to provide more details ;) Cheers, -g On Jul 21, 2009, at 8:12 PM, Nitin Saroha wrote: > Hello Everyone, > > I need the suggestion regarding improving the magnolia performance. > We have already enabled the mgnl-caching and its working fine but > If you go to this link > http://www.carhartt-europe.com/workwear/jackets/EJ001-Duck-Detroit-Jacket.html > > . > In that you can choose two colors brown or black.
