We want to exclude a folder beneath another folder... and we cant use 2
jcr:path expressions in one query... Nevertheless -  yes, it would be
possible to solve this your way.

But we wanted to try out some new solution... using JCR in a more ambitious
way.

Does that mean you never tried this out? 

i am still interested in some experience sharing about this: 

- How can i completely exclude a folder from being indexed?

- Will the Magnolia DMS still work - if the handled documents / pages are
not in the index?
