As I've mentioned, resources were missing (well, not displayed) in the
adminCentral - Templating Kit - Resources of public instance. This
doesn't sound like browser issue.

I have my browser cache turned off.


My bad is that I collected too little information of the incorrect state
instance - well, actually I didn't expect it to fix itself the next day :]
