It should be PersistenceManager implementation class which decide when
to index storage, isn't it?
I'm not sure, but for sure it should NOT be on activation time,
otherwise any query on author instance won't return not activated content.
Anyway, it is Jackrabbit who decide when to index and activation is a
Magnolia action..
