If you mean a workflow that in certain time deactivate a content from
Public, yes, it is possible AND it is already developed and shipped!
The standard website activation workflow looks for a property startDate
/ endDate in a page.
If startDate is != null, the workflow sleep until startDate and next
activate the page. At this point, if endDate is != null, the workflow
come back to sleep until endDate and next deactivate the page (if still
present on Public).
