Any exception in the logs of the public instance ?
Did you add the jar of the module (and any dependencies) to both
instances ?

I've setup an RSS Aggregator for our homepage and the content for it
only displays in the author instance. When I publish the homepage the
rssFeedList template doesn't even render. I've published all my
templates, the entire rssaggregator module (under configuration
/modules/rssaggregator) and I've double checked that my Rss Aggregator
is published and has been populated. Am I missing a setting or
configuration value somewhere?
