Hi Abdul,

if you defined your templates under template node in your module
and developed its script you should be able to see that template
in the drop down list - f.e. have a look at 
modules/templating/templates. 
Maybe you can add the "visible" node to your template definition
with true value. This property determines if the template is visible 
in the template drop-down list. 
Also maybe restarting your server could help but Magnolia monitors 
the module configuration and restarts the module if there are changes 
in the module configuration so this couldn't cause your issue.
