I assume you generate the page nodes with some (Java?) code. In this case you can simply do an http request (HttpClient...) to localhost. It should be enough.
Otherwise you can have a look on the singleton template model java class, where the singletons/autogenerated paragraphs are instanciated. You can simply "copy" that code and reading remotely your page configuration you can for instance create a Magnolia command that generates the paragraph node for you.
