There is nothing in JCR 1.0 to support this. JCR 2.0 has shared nodes (nodes that exist at multiple positions in the hierarchy). Until Magnolia moves to JackRabbit 2.0, you probably do not have any real option.
If this is purely for a website URL, then you can use the virtual URI mapping system to map the other URI(s) you want to the destination.
