I have read reports that there is a problem with caching for dialog entries,
could this be a problem still? When the Magnolia engine searches for the
dialog name does it do it by the text name or a hidden key value that is set
when the dialog is created? Because I have read that there are problems with
dialogs that were copied, which some where and some were not.

Maybe you have no dialog configured for that green bar?
